Jaz doesn't want to leave her daughter without a mother, so she commits to losing almost 200 lbs. Nesha, still not sold on surgery, isn't quite ready to jump on board. As roles shift and tensions rise, the pair must navigate new boundaries, old habits and the weight of what's at stake.
