Gold is disappearing all over the world and signs point to the Gods being behind it. The 00 Cyborgs head to a mining town in South Africa to discover the cause of the strange thefts.. a warped version of Freyja, the Norse Goddess of Love!

The Norse Gods are terrorizing Vienna, Austria, famed city of classical music and art, by creating a phenomenon that torments humans and robs them of their will to create music and art. They plan to "reclaim" what is rightfully theirs as they gave humanity the gift of art. The 00 Cyborgs head to Austria to stop the gods from destroying a music festival and rescue the daughter of the organizer of the event.

Upon stopping at a ferry port, he runs into a hotheaded young boxer named Takeshi, who reminds Joe of what he was like in his youth. Soaked in the memories of what led to him becoming a cyborg, Joe soon sees a Ghost from his own past targeting Takeshi!
